For the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam we are looking for a Sous Chef who is excited about a dynamic varied work environment and working in different kitchens including fine dining.
Within the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam we have 4 restaurants. Our Japanese restaurant Kazue where we serve the finest Japanese dishes using natural ingredients. Our Austrian concept the Wiener Caf also known as the hotels living room. Here guests can enjoy la carte breakfast lunch and dinner with dishes that have an Austrian twist or a delicious sweet treat with a cup of coffee. Our luxurious buffet restaurant with a live cooking station Loef Restaurant where we serve breakfast for hotel guests as well as lunch and dinner for (banqueting) groups. And finally our fine dining restaurant Restaurant Noord located on the 32nd Restaurant Noord we work with local products under the motto what you see is what you get.
