Your Mission
- Structure end to end warehouse operations then bring warehouse operations to the nextlevel by leading and optimizing all facets for maximum efficiency (receiving put away storage picking packing and shipping)
- Craft and implement SOPs and best-practice playbooks ensuring seamless workflows
- Define and track key success metrics driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Inspire and guide the warehouse ops team towards a culture of excellence
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transports for e-bikes and parts with precision
- Assume the pivotal role as the primary contact for freight forwarders
Your skills and qualifications
- Showcase your prowess with a proven track record in warehouse operationsmanagement
- Navigate seamlessly through ERP/WMS software (e.g. Odoo SAP Netsuite) andGsheets/Excel
- Harness strong analytics skills to extract valuable insights from data
- Communicate effortlessly at the intersection of operations supply chain and hardware
- Strike the perfect balance between a structured big-picture approach and meticulousdetail orientation
- Demonstrate a hands-on leadership style willing to jump in and tackle operational challenges directly on the warehouse floor while maintaining strategic oversight
- Fluent in Dutch with English as a valuable bonus
