Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CRM Technical Consultant to design develop and implement CRM solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms strong programming skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize and configure CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics Zoho) to meet business needs.

Develop custom modules workflows plugins and integrations using APIs and SDKs.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Perform data migration cleansing and integration with third-party systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM performance data integrity and user access.

Participate in code reviews testing and deployment processes.

Maintain documentation for technical designs configurations and customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

3 years of experience in CRM development and customization.

Proficiency in one or more CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Apex/Lightning Dynamics 365 Zoho Deluge).

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs JavaScript HTML CSS and SQL.

Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
