We are currently looking for a Supervisorto join us. In this role you will be responsible as a supporting role in delivering integrated planning recommendations and ensuring smooth account coordination internally and externally with our clients.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to: Associate Director

What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
- Develop and drive projects/campaigns for assigned brands. This will include the ability to pursue and persuade clients on new planning approaches/innovations
- Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations
- Understand the clients market position to achieve optimal negotiation for clients
- Presentation of implementation ideas to clients across different platforms
- Set viable objectives and KPIs and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
- Work with the team on competitive reporting and analysis
- Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies
- Facilitate cross team learning and knowledge sharing
- Develop and build relationships with clients be the trusted advisor on account requirements
- Work with internal specialist resources and group resources
Minimum qualifications:
- Degree relating to marketing or business will be preferable and you have been working with media and communication planning for several years
- You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and you thrive in an energetic and fast paced environment.
- An affinity for numbers and experience in Excel is highly desired.
- 3-4 years of experience in media agency including client-side or media owner capacity
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders e.g. suppliers advertising/marketing agencies media owners and internal specialist resources
- Competent in communications planning media planning and buying across all platforms with a good understanding and working knowledge of both traditional and new media
- Strong analytical mind good flair of creativity and with an eye for details
- Strong communication and presentation skills
