Core responsibilities:

In this role you will support the Product & Marketing Development (PMD) organization and work closely with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to enable smart decision-making through insights structure and collaboration. You will also:

• Support and deliver key financial activities throughout the annual planning cycle including Estimates the Annual Plan and central initiatives.
• Own and implement core controlling and reporting tasks during monthly and year-end closings.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial data analysis insights and recommendations to business partners.
• Work closely with FBPs various teams across the BSO and CFO organization
• Identify and drive opportunities for operational improvements automation and standardization

This position is based in Prague Jinonice and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

You will join the Business Service Operations (BSO) organization a shared service organization that powers Employee and Finance support across the LEGO Group.

The BSOs mission is to provide an efficient platform that drives growth and supports our strategy to reach twice as many children over the next 57 years!

Do you have what it takes

• Proven experience in financial controlling and finance business partnering with the ability to conduct data analysis across multiple sources to support strategic decisions
• Confident presentation and communication skills in English capable of translating insights into clear and impactful messages for both Finance and Business colleagues.
• An approach to challenge the status quo youre constantly looking for ways to improve processes meetings and work environments never settling for business as usual

What would be an advantage:

• Strong Excel and Power BI skills SAP incl. BW PowerPoint preferred.
