Job Description

Summary:

Our client is seeking an Aesthetic Territory Sales Manager to join their team! This role is focused on driving sales of capital equipment within the medical aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate is ambitious results-driven and thrives in a fast-paced high-growth environment. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong customer relationships execute advanced sales strategies and make a meaningful impact in a rapidly expanding industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key prospects including plastic surgeons and physicians
  • Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value and ROI
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless post-sale support and resolve customer concerns
  • Provide market feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences expanding brand visibility

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in capital equipment sales preferably in the medical or aesthetic industries
  • Experience with ROI selling methodology and ability to communicate value effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory and manage a demanding schedule

Education/Certification Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in business or a related field is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience selling to plastic surgeons or physicians
  • Recognition or awards such as Presidents Club Rookie of the Year or similar sales achievements
