- Defining the overall data migration strategy developing detailed migration plans and establishing timelines and resource allocation.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Teamcenter solutions Should have experience in designing developing and implementing Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions.
- Should have In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter modules data model architecture and integration frameworks.
- Analyzing legacy system data structures workflows and dependencies to understand data characteristics and map it to the Teamcenter data model.
- Should have experience with Teamcenter ITK SOA Active Workspace Java XSLT HTML and other relevant technologies.
- Defining and implementing data transformation rules creating migration scripts and loading data into Teamcenter using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into effective Teamcenter solutions.
- Conducting thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with requirements.
- Managing migration projects including timelines resources risk assessment and progress tracking.
- Defining the overall structure and components of the Teamcenter solution including data models workflows and integrations.
- Overseeing the installation configuration and customization of Teamcenter including client and server-side components.
- Integrating Teamcenter with other systems like SAP CAD tools and other enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in data migration tools scripting languages (e.g. Python scripting languages for Teamcenter) and database technologies.
- Ensuring the solution performs efficiently and meets performance requirements.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to development teams enforcing standards and promoting best practices.
- Managing the technical aspects of Teamcenter projects including planning execution and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding PLM principles processes and best practices and Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- 2Strong project management skills to plan execute and manage migration projects effectively.
