Do you take on every challenge Within our team you will manage your own set of clients such as Philips JBL Conrad and Versuni.
As an Affiliate Marketer at iO you are in daily contact with publishers and affiliate networks to close the best deals for our advertisers - the big well-known brands both national and international. You monitor the performance of our clients analyze relevant data and make adjustments as needed. You onboard publishers that fit your client and negotiate the best deal with them.
At our Amsterdam campus you will work in a diverse team of marketing specialists. Our performance experts are always ready to brainstorm with you about ongoing projects and new ideas swirling around in your head. Or just for a good chat at the coffee machine that too.

Curious about your daily challenges
Campaign Planning and Execution: We dont need to explain the ins and outs of affiliate marketing to you anymore. You develop and manage campaigns as if you were born for it
Budget Management: Creating managing and optimizing advertising budgets. You manage your clients budgets and goals like its your own
Reporting: You report weekly and monthly to clients on the progress and performance of your campaigns followed by making concrete improvement recommendations and implementing them to report even better results the following month
Managing Client Relationships: You are the bridge between iO and the client. You brainstorm on the best ways to achieve your clients goals. You will be in daily contact with the client and work together on-site twice a month
Data Analysis: Using analysis tools like Google Analytics 4 affiliate networks and Looker Studio you analyze campaign results and translate these analyses into (strategic) optimizations
Business-minded: You understand the clients goals and set up campaigns as if they were for your own company
Marketplace Expertise: As a specialist in our affiliate team you manage complex partnerships with major marketplaces and platforms:
Amazon Associates Bol Partner Network MediaMarkt Partner Program - optimizing commission structures and product feeds
Multi-marketplace strategy - developing integrated campaigns across different platforms
API integrations - technical implementation of tracking and reporting systems
Product feed management - optimizing product data for various marketplace requirements
Performance monitoring - real-time analysis of conversion rates AOV and customer lifetime value per platform
Job requirements
You have 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing preferably on the agency or client side
You are up-to-date on the latest (strategic) developments and trends within the industry
You effortlessly maintain an overview with your project management skills even when managing tight deadlines and multiple projects. You have a strong sense of responsibility managing this
You have strong experience in managing complex partnerships with major marketplaces
You communicate proactively with clients and colleagues. You dare to think (strategically) outside the box to grow your clients results
You are experienced with data based working and make strategic choices based on the available data analyses. Analysis tools are your go-to in interpreting complex numerical data. You have experience with GA4 Looker Studio and the various networks (Partnerize Daisycon TradeTracker and/or AWIN)
You speak and write fluent English. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.
