Job Description

Main Responsibilities
As a Contract Manager reporting to the Operations Director your role will involve:
- Overseeing operational contractual and commercial aspects of contracts as the Companys representative ensuring top-notch service quality and P&L management business planning and growth within contracts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers potential clients partners and stakeholders to meet both current and future needs.
- Understanding and aligning with the European Growth strategy collaborating with European colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Leading and supporting business development efforts contributing to the Dutch growth strategy and working closely with the European business development community to identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Managing accounts for one or more clients driving service excellence and supporting the creation of innovative products and services.
- Assisting in marketing activities and inspiring and developing your team to ensure strong performance and engagement.
- Handling all aspects of service provision including managing contingencies and emergencies.
- Producing and delivering timely monthly governance reports.
- Managing people including training travel planning performance monitoring assessments and appraisals.
- Ensuring quality assurance and adherence to environmental health and safety standards.
- Fostering a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
Successful Candidate
Are you the right fit for this exciting role Were looking for someone with the following:
- A university degree or equivalent experience demonstrating your capability to perform at a high level.
- Extensive management experience preferably in the Space or Service industry though other sectors are also considered.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budget management and business planning.
- Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders for positive outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks in an organized and disciplined manner.
- Proficiency in PC applications particularly Office 365.
- Exceptional command of English both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage and familiarity with other EU languages is a plus.
- A track record of developing long-term customer relationships and insights.
- At least 5 years of commercial or sales experience ideally in managing and selling services.
- Proactive approach to business development and resilience under pressure including willingness to take on operational and administrative tasks when needed.
