We are currently looking for a Manager Engineer to support hotels in the region to operate in accordance to the Groups standards. You will monitor processes implement structured training and provide technical support to ensure compliance to these standards.
As a Manager Engineer we rely on you to
- Support hotels in the region to operate in accordance to the Groups standards.
- Monitor that all hotels are implementing SLIM Engineering initiatives per SLIM
guidelines. - Monitor present and forecast future trends systems and practices in hotel
mechanical and electrical services technology. Recommend actions for
implementation in new hotels. - Conduct Fire Life Safety and Engineering annul audit and follow up on defect
rectification. - Initiative and track the implementation of engineering strategies to achieve
groups sustainability target. - Assist in the pre-opening period of new hotels & renovation projects for the
mechanical and electrical services. - Provide guidance & support to hotels to ensure energy and water are utilized efficiently and managed well to achieve Groups sustainability targets.
- Drives energy efficient projects in hotels continuously to achieve higher energy efficiency.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- 7 years of relevant experience in Engineering field and facilities management.
- Must obtain the Certified Energy Manager qualification
- Prior Electrical experience preferred
- Familiar with operational standard capability of establishing and implementation of Energy Management Strategies.
- Always embrace and ensure the effective implementation of group wide Quality
- Certification process (ISO 14001 OSHAS 18001 LEED Green Building etc.).
- Experience working in corporate hospitality industry is an advantage
