About the Role
Spa Manager Malmaison
Spa Manager required for our popular Spa
Relax and enjoy providing a Zen experience for every guest.
You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Therapist you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about the ESPA products we use and gain experience in a high end Spa.
Main duties will be:
- Carrying out a range of ESPA treatments to a high standard
- Maintain the standards of the Spa by supervising the team
- Welcoming clients in to the Spa for their treatments in a 5* manner
- Booking in clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls
- Achieving retail targets
- Building a regular client base
- Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
Knowledge experience and skills required:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High standard of personal appearance
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated
- Good team player
- Must have own transport
