You are a skilled Power Platform Governance & Support Engineer and will focus on both governance implementation and technical support across the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring platform compliance and security while also supporting day-to-day user and environment-level issues.

Goverance
Implement and manage Power Platform governance policies including environment strategy DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and connector controls.
Deploy and maintain the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit for environment monitoring maker insights and platform analytics.
Design and manage deployment pipelines using Power Platform Pipelines to automate ALM across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
Collaborate with security compliance and architecture teams to define platform standards and policies.
Monitor usage and flag non-compliant apps flows and connectors.
Support
Act as a primary point of contact for support tickets related to Power Platform apps flows connectors and environment issues.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across Power Apps Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) Dataverse and third-party connectors.
Assist citizen developers and business users with app configuration flow optimization and deployment issues.
Support platform monitoring by tracking usage metrics performance issues and platform limits.
Maintain knowledge base articles documentation and FAQs to reduce recurring issues.

You have 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse).
You have hands-on experience with Power Platform Pipelines ALM practices and solution deployment.
You have experience managing environments DLP policies and tenant-wide settings.
You have experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit and platform administration tools.
You have a good understanding of Microsoft 365 compliance features and Azure Active Directory roles.
You have a Microsoft certifications (PL-900 PL-100 PL-200).

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$75400.00 - $94200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
