- You work as a Line Manager for up to 15 colleagues
- You are part of the recruitment process leading interviews preselecting/selecting candidates
- You synchronize the demands with our international colleagues and teams
- You are responsible for the career and talent development of the colleagues you are leading
- You push for excellence and quality by improving the process and the standards followed by the teams
- You work in close collaboration with the HR team on any administrative tasks
- You have to coordinate and support the daily work in SAP Authorizations and Role management
Experience and skills you will need:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT at least 2 years experience in SAP Authorizations and Role management
- You have an eye for talent
- You are able to communicate in precise and empathic way giving guidance and regular feedback
- You are very well organized diplomatic and self-driven
- You impress with your initiative and decision-making ability and a team-oriented way of thinking
- You will collaborate with internal and international colleagues (excellent English skills are required)
