The Role:
Launch is seeking an Account Executive with a successful track record of selling professional services and technology consulting solutions. This is a high-impact client-facing solution selling role where youll be responsible for driving net-new revenue and expanding existing accounts. Your astute identification of prospects and adept positioning of Launchs technology consultants and professional services will be integral to your success. A robust customer-centric mindset and a profound grasp of strategic account management will guide your interactions.
Furthermore you will convey client prerequisites to our internal teams contribute to talent acquisition evaluate recommended consultants and offer invaluable feedback. Responsibilities:
Generate revenue and attain quota from new business development and existing clients
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Launch Consulting methodologies case studies and partnerships and present differentiated positioning to all levels of management
Develop and adhere to a sales plan for targeting and penetrating new business
Lead the full business development cycle: prospecting presentation proposals negotiations and closing
Identify and pursue association memberships within the business community to promote Launch Consulting and develop business for the company
Work closely with active and new clients in acquiring and prioritizing clients IT requirements
Provide detailed requirements/information to internal employees
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the hiring process
Utilize a CRM database in a professional accurate and timely manner
Who You Are:
A strategic hunter who excels at building trusted relationships and driving new business with ability to build a (or have an existing) strong network of contacts and existing C-level relationships that help accelerate deal cycles and expand account reach
Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and engaging stakeholders across all levels of an organization
Proven ability to expand business through strategic channel partnerships leveraging collaborative ecosystems to accelerate growth and deliver client value
Confident selling across diverse industries and solution areas with a consultative client-first approach
Strong at both independent execution and team collaboration
Motivated by growth long-term partnerships and making a measurable impact through technology solutions
Education and Experience:
BA/BS in Business Management or related field
8 years of consulting sales experience in IT solutions and professional services
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment
Expertise in identifying engaging and closing enterprise-level deals
Experience working with cross-functional teams to design and deliver client solutions
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills

Anticipated base salary: $125000 - $190000
