About this role
- Handling day-to-day-to-day finance operations.
- Handling day-to-day bank transactions & reconciliations to balance sheet and P&L accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Being responsible for day-to-day operations; premium collections & refunds claim payments & recoveries premium cancellations and receiving funds.
- Preparing invoices/tax invoices/receipts/withholding taxes and follow-up customer payments regularly.
- Handling day-to-day bank transactions & reconciliations to balance sheet and P&L accounts.
- Preparing recording and reconciling sales reports/statements of accounts to business partners.
- Handling payables and receivables with business partners.
- Handling other duties/projects that may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Finance Operations.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with efficiency and a sense of urgency.
- Fair command of English both writing and speaking.
