Job Description

Our client is a leading Food & Beverage company in Thailand and Indochina with an annual turnover of 10 billion Baht. Their commitment to quality is reflected in their diverse range of products. Their focus on excellence and innovation has made them a trusted and well known name in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and enhance customer outreach within the assigned territory.
  • Lead mentor and inspire a team of sales representatives across designated areas.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and initiate corrective measures.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and retail partners.
  • Analyze sales data including in-and-out metrics to uncover new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials specifically for the distributor and OMT channels.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and trade execution standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager or in a similar position within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
  • Strong growth mindset and results-oriented approach.
