We are looking for a Guest Service Officer(Horizon Club) to join our team!
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Handle check-out process payments and address any billing inquiries.
- Creates a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork guest care and respect amongst colleagues.
- Builds relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve issues.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar capacity in an international class hotel
