Job Description
- Assist the Corporate Finance and respective deal teams in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions including preparation of presentations financial models and analyses as well as memos for internal approvals among others
- Assist the Deal Director/s in managing day-to-day requirements of transactions including coordination with members of the ING regional execution and sector teams client representatives and other advisors (e.g. lawyers accountants technical advisors etc.)
- Assist in completion of client due diligence for existing and prospective clients
- Assist in preparation of and ensure compliance with internal requirements relating to Compliance Business Continuity Planning and Document Retention as may be required
- Cross-sell opportunities with other products offered by ING Commercial Bank in Asia
