Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
This candidate will be responsible to handle all the activities related to the control and management of Annex 24 for 2 plants in Ciudad Juarez Chih. The individual should follow corporate guidelines to successfully maintain balances in the correct % of variation and must work closely with interdisciplinary teams across the organization to gather information to achieve the ultimate goal. (Materials Finance Engineering etc. as needed)
Main Activities
- Audit and keep updated database of the automated system for the control of Annex 24 for materials imported and exported BOMS customers suppliers and customs broker
- Analyze prepare and calculate changes in the regime of scrap waste and losses (positive and negative adjust) from monthly SAP Transactions.
- Reconciliation against monthly balances and physical entries to plant/
- Review balances consumptions and expiration dates of temporary imports under the IMMEX program avoid expirations and review balances greater than 18/36 months.
- Verify the information of the Annex 24 system against Data Stage (issued by SAT) of the monthly operation for the preparation of Annex 31 reports. Analyze them with Control 31 tool to comply with SAT requirements
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelors Degree on International Business Commerce (LIN LCI LRI) or related field.
- Minimum experience of 3 years working with IMMEX programs and systems (Prisma Aranxel Control31 and Ana System strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of the IMMEX Decree legal frame general customs rules and customs law in Mexico.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle SAP JD Edwards etc.
- Domain of root cause analysis methodologies
- Data stage analysis (customs reports)
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Results focused
- Ability to be analytically oriented and able to effectively problem solve and deliver on objectives
- Strong attention to detail dependable and organized
- Ability and skill with multitasking in a fast paced fast growth and constantly changing environment
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time
- Knowledge of U.S. and MX Customs regulations and other governmental agencies.
- Experience with maquiladora regulations and compliance
