This Position reports to:
Vedouc kvalityYour Role and Responsibilities
In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: onsite
- Communication with customers to clarify complaints and subsequently resolve them
- Assessing the legitimacy of complaints
- Proposing solutions to complaints and determining individuals responsible for partial or complete resolution of complaints
- Ensuring service dispatch
- Active collaboration with various departments especially with design construction and production
- Analyzing complaints and proposing measures to prevent recurrence
Qualifications for the Role
- Secondary/University education in a technical field (electrical/mechanical)
- Proficiency in English for daily communication with customers both spoken and written
- Experience in the field of quality is an advantage
- User knowledge of PC working with MS Office SAP is an advantage
- Good organizational skills ability to make independent decisions
- Assertiveness natural authority communicativeness teamwork
