About the Role
As a DSP Project Lead at Harman you are responsible for successfully running the DSP part of our Projects and ensure project deliveries in time budget and quality.
What You Will Do
- Establish communication and synchronization with global cross functional teams involved in the project on a regular base
- Plan monitor control and track the DSP project to achieve the goals with respect to schedule effort product quality and process quality in a timely manner
- Provide project status updates on a regular base
- Define and establish planning guidelines and priorities for the development
- Serve as the face to the customer for all DSP related topics
- Work with DSP and Acoustic team to deliver quality works
What You Need to Be Successful
- Expert knowledge in project management and coordination in a globally distributed development environment
- Expert knowledge in software engineering
- Knowledge of signal processing and acoustic
- Knowledge of risk management
- Excellent communication skills strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Structured and result-oriented working style
- Ability of teamwork with internal/external teams
