• Critical Alarm Management
  • The CSCC will provide 24/7/365 monitoring of the TMS system to offer instant response to any system alarm.
  • Liaise with the local team to review the alarm and system status during/ after fault identification and investigation
  • Liaise with China Management team on any issue providing updates on status and progress
  • Escalate via Incident Management protocol as and when required
• Critical systems monitoring
  • The TMS monitors the critical system operational status the CSCC will be able to detect any abnormalities and report to the local/ country team for further investigation
  • Report any TMS errors or connectivity issues and escalate to seek support from Siemens or the IT team as required
• Incident Management
  • Follow the incident management protocol to escalate depending on the nature of alarm generated by the TCM to ensure 1) site team respond and investigate and 2) the correct information is provided to the China management team to allow them to contact PSCC in India to generate the INS ticket on the INS system (Genpop)
  • Provide updates on ongoing incidents
  • In the event there is an issue with Genpop INS notification to COD stakeholders the CSCC will manually inform all relevant stakeholders
• Documentation
  • Gather data and statistics to provide to PSCC for Asia Pacific wide reporting
  • Daily activity logs and records
  • Update the escalation matrix and review accuracy of POC details periodically
• Guidance
  • Provide guidance to local teams on incident and alarms
  • Participate in mock drill scenarios for critical incidents
• Other work scope when needed
  • Perform regular inspection to all Comms rooms Comms closet and other E&M facilities inside Morgan Stanleys office floors; record all information in the predefined checklist
  • Perform regular inspection to all facilities on civil works record all information in the predefined checklist
  • Respond to emergency call and arrange vendors for ad-hoc maintenance or emergency repair
  • Provide immediate response and support to Comms Rooms and other floor E&M related operations
  • Supervise all the PPM and ad hoc repair works and report to Facilities Manager/Engineer if any abnormality found
  • Carry out minor E&M repairs according to Morgan Stanleys instruction
  • Assist in addressing all routine E & M issues
  • Assist in following up with DCIM/IT equipment Moves Adds & Changes implementation
  • Assist with daily facility walk around to provide visual check of operations
  • Support pantry supplier/ vendor for any maintenance/ repair work in pantry (freezer zip boiler life solution microwave & disinfect machine) to avoid any damage/ impact to existing facilities
  • Assist PPM plan ad-hoc & regular TCM application
  • Provide technical explanation & walk through of weekend work plan to duty technicians
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by Morgan Stanley.
