My client a well-established and highly respected leader in their field is expanding their operations and looking to recruit a Plant Fitter to join their experienced and friendly workshop team near Northampton.

What Youll Be Doing
- Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and servicing of new equipment including: Telehandlers Forklifts Rollers Dumpers and Excavators
- Servicing and repairing customers plant machinery and equipment
- Preparing machines for resale to meet high-quality standards
- Working collaboratively as part of a tight-knit service department team at the site
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for plant machinery. Were looking for:
- Hands-on experience with plant and/or heavy equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems
- A strong team player who is also confident working independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt manufacturer training will be provided
- Commitment to high standards of quality and safety
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
