Main Responsibilities:
- Process the lab facilities & activities and maintenance at safe and compliance way
- As pioneer person to deeply analysis the relationships between material properties and testing methods and draft reports and presentations to communicate findings to various stakeholders in Si-PC area under managers guidance
- Support manager to coordinate internal and external parties to establish automated laboratory testing processes & generate testing dashboard and provide a foundation for future PD AI project in testing field
- Provide technical and HESQ training for lab staff (including 3rd party contractors) continually
- Process new equipment purchase to support the ongoing Lab activities
- Ensure coordination and communication with Technical Center in other region Support customer trouble shooting and complaints if needed.
- Perform that all Lab test request with efficiently and good quality ensure accuracy of measurement
- Establish all work processes related to the testing Lab operation following and improving continually
- Process the lab quality activity according ISO17025 as quality manager role
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University graduate major in Plastic Engineering. or Polymer Science
- More than 5 years working experience in the plastic industry is preferred preferably in material Lab testing function.
- Knowledge in ASTM and ISO test method for engineering plastics material
- Deeply understand and have solid knowledge in ISO17025
- Well understanding lab digitalization
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- A team player
- Good communication skill at all level in the organization
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Mature organize and reliable
- Show initiative and keen to improve on skill and knowledge
