In our growing EMC and Wireless lab you will be a vital member of an engineering team as a test engineer. You will perform electromagnetic and radio frequency tests to ascertain whether the latest and most advanced products meet the requirements of the EMC / Radio Equipment Directives and other international regulations. You will work in close contact with our customers; mostly over the telephone but they will also make regular visits to our lab. This makes your work more interesting because you like to share the experiences.
Although you will be working in our state-of-the-art lab in Arnhem the Netherlands you will also have access to and contact with our labs in Spain Germany Sterling USA Taiwan South Korea and China. This implies that you will collaborate with a global group of professionals!
Performing EMC and RF tests on various products in our state-of-the-art EMC&Wireless;
Evaluating the test results and preparing test reports;
Contacting customers on regular basis;
Supporting our customers about test related problems with your knowledge of EMC&RF directives and standards;
Playing an active role in the continuous improvement of the processes procedures and equipment of the EMC&Wireless laboratory.
You have an educational background related to electrical engineering or comparable;
You have experience in the field of EMC and RF;
Flexibility and multitasking. You can easily switch between working on various projects;
Communication skills. You communicate well on different levels;
Working in two shifts is no problem for you (morning and afternoon switching every week;
You speak English fluently.
