What youll do

• • Develop and execute detailed project plans within the overall program framework aligned with software development and cloud migration objectives.
  • Break down project work into manageable tasks track progress and manage project timelines using Agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively identifying and resolving resource allocation challenges.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively implementing solutions to maintain project deadlines.
  • Facilitate and participate in project meetings (e.g. sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews retrospectives) to ensure clear communication and collaboration within the project team.
  • Define project requirements user stories and acceptance criteria and manage project documentation including project plans risk assessments issue logs and status reports.
  • Oversee the implementation of projects via a variety of strategies like waterfall agile or hybrid methodologies for efficient development and delivery of high-quality software.
  • Stay informed on cloud migration best practices and emerging technologies.

What you bring

• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering IT infrastructure data migration software development service operations process framework projects.
• College/University degree
• Familiarity of ITIL / ITSM and Business process management strategies
• Experience using project management tools (e.g. Jira MS Project)
• English language required German language is a positive
• Must have a high level of accountability ability to lead and drive outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts platforms and migration strategies.
• Experience in managing large budgets and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and project management frameworks.
• Experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
