Meet your team

We are a very mature team in two locations (Budapest and Vienna) with a very good team spirit. Supporting mostly SAP frontend products like SAPGui WebGui NWBC ITS.

What youll do

• Interact directly with customers through chat and phone to help solve real-world technical issues

• Handle and follow up on customer support cases in collaboration with experienced engineers

• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (KBAs) to help others learn from your work

• Work closely with colleagues in Vienna gaining cross-border teamwork experience

• Communicate regularly in English in a global multicultural environment

Location: Budapest Hungary

Duration: 12 months possible prolongation (or until the conditions of being an active student are met)

Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (available schedules are 24/ 32 / 40 hours per week)

What you bring

• Enrollment as an active full-time student (aktv nappali hallgati jogviszony) in a Bachelors or Masters degree applicable to the related field

• Fluent English both written and spoken

• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset

• Interest in technical topics and a willingness to learn (no coding experience required)

• German language skills are a plus
