Based in Salt Lake City our team brings together engineering compliance design and supply chain expertise to deliver packaging systems that elevate cannabis quality extend shelf life and support sustainable operations for our customers.

Were expanding our marketing team to add a Marketing Strategist & Designer who can bridge strategy with executionhelping us bring go-to-market (GTM) campaigns to life with precision creativity and impact.
The Marketing Strategist & Designer is responsible for executing GTM strategies creating marketing collateral and ensuring campaigns run smoothly across channels. While the Director sets the strategy youll translate it into actionmanaging timelines producing high-quality designs coordinating assets and tracking results.
Youll work closely with the Multimedia Content Producer to ensure consistency across all creative output. Where the Producer drives photo/video creation youll lead the design and marketing execution sidemaking sure campaigns are launched on time look polished and deliver measurable results.
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Translate GTM strategies into tactical marketing plans calendars and deliverables.
Build schedule and deploy campaigns across InstagramLinkedIn HubSpot Shopify email and events.
Ensure campaigns launch on time and aligned with sales and product priorities.
Graphic Design & Collateral Development
Create compelling design assets including sales decks case studies one-pagers infographics email templates and ads.
Adapt technical/scientific information into clear digestible visuals.
Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Marketing Operations
Own content and campaign calendars.
Manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing in HubSpot.
Coordinate with sales on collateral requests and GTM enablement materials.
Analytics & Optimization
Track and report on campaign performance (CTR leads conversions).
Provide actionable insights to optimize messaging creative and channels.
Support the Director with regular ROI and performance reporting.
Cross-Functional Support
Partner with Multimedia Content Producer on creative campaigns.
Support product launches with assets messaging consistency and coordinated rollout.
Act as the marketing bridge to Sales R&D and leadership teams.
Must-Haves
35 years of marketing execution experience (B2B or CPG preferred).
Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative SuiteIllustrator Photoshop InDesign; Figma a plus).
Experience with HubSpot LinkedIn campaign manager and web CMS (Shopify or similar).
Ability to juggle multiple projects deadlines and stakeholders.
Strong eye for design and detailable to make technical concepts visually compelling.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in cannabis packaging or regulated industries.
Knowledge of SEO paid digital campaigns or A/B testing.
Familiarity with sales enablement or B2B demand generation.
Be a core player in a growing marketing team with room to shape how we execute.
