Description of the role:
Acura of Memphis is seeking a dedicated Automotive Dealership Receptionist to join our team in Memphis TN. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the dealership
- Maintain customer lounge amenities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
