Automotive Shipping/Receiving Advisor
Wooster OH
Full-Time

As the Shipping/Receiving/ Parts Counter Advisor you are responsible for the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the delivery of parts and materials.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments of parts and materials
- Inspect shipments for damage and verify accuracy of contents
- Prepare outgoing shipments including packaging and labeling
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track delivery schedules
- Maintain organized storage and inventory of parts in the warehouse
Requirements:
- Prior experience in shipping receiving or warehouse operations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments
- Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and inventory
