The Position
To organize excellent events be responsible for every aspect of an event from choosing venues to evaluating success afterwards. An event coordinator must be well-organized and competent in vendor management communication skills and attention to detail a shot of enthusiasm and passion for the job and youll be our ideal candidate. The goal is to organize events that will ensure the completion of participants and facilitate the completion of business objectives.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders of marketing and medical department to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Specify stakeholders requirements and coordinate their activities.
- Organize facilities and manage all events details such as decoration food & beverage transportation location invitee list speaker & moderator contract hybrid event equipment etc.
- Ensure and be familiar with policy of legal & compliance code of conduct and IRPMA obligations and be alert based on this code of conduct.
- Travel to on-site inspections and project managing events.
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
- Conduct pre- and post event evaluations and report on outcomes.
- Budget Management
- Post-Event tasks: Assisting in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 5 years working experiences in events A BA in PR marketing hospitality management or related field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as an event coordinator/organizer
- Skilled in project management
- Proficient in MS Office especially in excel analysis.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- A knack for problem-solving
- Customer-service orientation
