Recolher e analisar dados transformando-os em insights estratgicos que apoiem a tomada de deciso promovam a eficincia dos processos da Direo de Servios & Operaes e contribuam para a criao de valor sustentvel para a organizao e os seus stakeholders.
Finalidades Principais
Recolher consolidar e validar dados provenientes de diferentes sistemas e reas operacionais
Desenvolver e manter dashboards em Power BI que permitam o acompanhamento eficaz de KPIs e a gesto dos processos operacionais
Realizar anlises quantitativas e qualitativas para identificar tendncias e desvios assegurando sempre a integridade qualidade e segurana dos dados
Colaborar com departamentos relevantes para desafiar o status quo e identificar de forma proativa oportunidades de melhoria e necessidades analticas propondo solues orientadas para a eficincia operacional e a reduo de custos
Comunicar insights de forma clara e impactante a diferentes nveis da organizao
Requisitos da Funo
Conhecimentos slidos de Excel
Conhecimentos de Power Query e Power BI
Conhecimentos de linguagens de programao (R e VBA)
Capacidade de raciocnio analtico
Capacidade de comunicao e storytelling com base em dados
Experincia na elaborao de apresentaes
Fluncia em Ingls
Esprito crtico e proativo
Orientao para a melhoria contnua
Habilitaes Literrias
Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Anlise de dados/Business Intelligence Matemtica Aplicada ou Engenharia
Experincia Profissional
2 anos de experincia em funes similares
