Data Protection Solicitor
We are hiring for our client a prestigious international law firm seeking a Data Protection Solicitor to join their Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 1 year PQE to develop their career in a leading firm advising high-profile clients on complex data protection and privacy matters.

The Role
- Provide legal advice on data protection and privacy matters including GDPR compliance and international data transfers.
- Assist clients with regulatory investigations data breaches and risk management strategies.
- Draft and negotiate data processing agreements and privacy policies.
- Stay up to date with legislative developments and advise on regulatory changes.
- Work closely with partners and cross-functional teams in a dynamic collaborative environment.
The Person
- 1 year PQE with experience in data protection and privacy law.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR ePrivacy and international data transfer regulations.
- Excellent drafting analytical and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in a top-tier law firm or a strong commercial legal background preferred.
