Leveraging on the developmental plans of Shanghai New Bund International Business District the new Shangri-La hotel will be an ideal venue for meetings and events plus offer the places for both a relaxed stay and inspirational experiences for locals and travelers alike.
We are looking for Service Leader - Front Office/Executive Lounge / Guest Relations/Concierge we rely on you to:
- Provide a personalized guest service
- Create a memorable experience for the guests in the hotel.
- Maintain the high standards of service in the all the areas of Front Office.
- Assist with any issues or problems
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Is a self-starter and a team player
- Communicates with fluency in English (and local language) due to the needs of servicing international and local guests.
- Loves being creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests
- Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group
- Has no fear of new challenge
