About the team
Join our Data Services team and lead the transformation of how Mambu manages customer datafrom import to extraction reporting and archiving. Youll drive the deprecation of legacy systems and build secure scalable data solutions that directly support business growth and innovation.
This is a strategic hands-on role focused on platform modernization architectural leadership and enabling ethical impactful use of data and AI across the company.
What youll do
- Lead the design and delivery of modern scalable data servicesfrom ingestion to archiving
- Guide platform modernization and deprecate legacy systems to improve reliability and cost-efficiency
- Establish data architecture standards and mentor engineering teams across reporting governance and migration
- Build secure data extraction pipelines (e.g. Mambu Extract Data Insights) reducing schema exposure risks
- Implement and champion CI/CD IaC and DevSecOps for data infrastructure
- Own cloud cost optimization and vendor relationships across the data platform
- Define and execute Mambus AI strategy for data insights transforming raw data into valuable business entities
What youll bring
- Strong experience in cloud infrastructure and data platform leadership (AWS required)
- Expertise in data extraction transformation and reporting pipelines
- Strong hands-on skills with IaC (Terraform CloudFormation) containerization and observability
- Proven track record in large-scale migrations and legacy system retirement
- Deep knowledge of data security schema management and scalable AI/ML solutions
- Collaborative leadership style and experience mentoring cross-functional teams
