Full Time 35 hours per week.

1x fixed term for 12 months

We have a number of exciting positions to join us!

Were looking for four contact centre professionals to join either the Repairs Hub or the Customer Hub teams. The Repairs Hub focuses on inbound and outbound calls related to property repairs supporting One Manchesters goal of ensuring repairs are accurately diagnosed and scheduled within agreed timescales. The Customer Hub handles all other non-repair related customer queries offering support across a wide range of services.

All new team members will receive training across both areas ensuring we maintain our high service levels and flexibility in responding to customer needs. During the hiring and onboarding process well work closely with you to identify your skills experience and interests. This insight alongside performance will help us determine where youll be best placed to thrive whether thats in the Repairs Hub or the Customer Hub. Our aim is to match you with the role that best suits your strengths and career aspirations while also meeting the needs of our customers.

These roles are agile after an initial training period. When attending the office Repairs Hub colleagues will work out of our office in Gorton Customer Hub colleagues will work out our office in Hulme.

What were looking for:

Were looking for those who can deliver a quality experience to all customers by resolving issues at the first point of contact and meet the expectations of our customers through interactions that are easy friendly and demonstrate high levels of skills knowledge and autonomy.

At least 12 months experience in a customer services / contact centre environment.

Excellent verbal and written skills across a broad range of audience including managers colleagues and customers.

Ability to remain calm under pressure operating with empathy understanding and diplomacy.

Ability to work effectively as a part of a team.

Ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of the individual particularly for sensitive situations and people with specific needs or vulnerabilities.

Ensure safeguarding issues are identified and escalated appropriately.

Be able to respond to customers differing needs always taking into consideration equality diversity and inclusion tailoring services when appropriate.

Effectively and sensitively mange social media enquiries to maintain the positive reputation of One Manchester.
