Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Conference Concierge to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Conference Concierge you will be the primary point of contact for conference attendees speakers and organizers ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all participants.

  • Greet and assist conference attendees providing a warm welcome and addressing their needs and inquiries
  • Coordinate with event organizers to ensure smooth of conference schedules and activities
  • Manage registration processes including checkin badge distribution and information packet dissemination
  • Assist with room setup audiovisual equipment and other logistical aspects of the conference
  • Provide information about local attractions transportation and dining options to attendees
  • Anticipate and resolve potential issues or conflicts that may arise during the conference
  • Collaborate with venue staff caterers and other service providers to maintain high standards of service
  • Maintain accurate records of attendee information special requests and conference activities
  • Assist with postevent tasks including collecting feedback and preparing summary reports
  • Ensure compliance with local customs and etiquette in Jeddah Saudi Arabia

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of experience in hospitality event planning or customer service
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Event Planning or related field (preferred)
  • Certification in Event Planning or Hospitality Management (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness with experience working in multicultural environments
  • Knowledge of conference and event management practices
  • Familiarity with local customs and etiquette in Jeddah Saudi Arabia
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
