What You ll Do
- Champion Policyholders: Represent clients in coverage disputes claim denials and bad faith cases.
- Craft Winning Strategies: Conduct in-depth legal research draft pleadings and develop persuasive arguments.
- Manage Your Caseload: Oversee matters from intake to resolution ensuring every detail is prepared to the highest standard.
- Negotiate for Success: Secure favorable settlements with carriers and opposing counsel through skilled negotiation.
- Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings depositions mediations and trials.
- Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with a highly skilled team of attorneys paralegals and support staff.
What You Bring
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- 5 years of litigation experience (first-party property insurance experience strongly preferred).
- Exceptional research writing and analytical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
