Job Description
Tasks
- Design develop and implement software solutions using Java and BPM technologies to meet the companys business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features within the iBP framework.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality software development standards are maintained.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve complex software issues ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives staying up-to-date with industry trends and integrating best practices into daily work.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience with Java including knowledge of iBP and BPM solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment demonstrating accountability and commitment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively challenge and contribute to innovative software development projects.
