Job Description

Tasks

  • Design develop and implement software solutions using Java and BPM technologies to meet the companys business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features within the iBP framework.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality software development standards are maintained.
  • Troubleshoot debug and resolve complex software issues ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives staying up-to-date with industry trends and integrating best practices into daily work.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Java including knowledge of iBP and BPM solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment demonstrating accountability and commitment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively challenge and contribute to innovative software development projects.
