Position Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of our healthcare facilities accounts. An Operations Manager must ensure he/she follows company mission statement and values.

- Maintain a high standard of excellence
- Schedule Flexible schedule some days and some evening shifts
- Responsible for hiring and training all personnel
- Oversee operations of accounts i.e. quality control labor pool and managing employees to ensure they are following contractual obligations
- Responsible for overseeing and managing time sheet input supply management inventory and distribution of payroll as required assessment for assigned accounts
- Responsible for HR duties including application distribution hiring compliance injury reporting
- Maintaining/managing budgets for each building i.e. providing labor reports and any other pertinent data as it relates to payroll
- Orders necessary supplies and tools for each jobsite i.e. inventories start up miscellaneous supplies/equipment
- Assist Management in generating/completing additional out of scope services
- Conduct building inspection after normal business hours
- Responsible for ensuring completion of floor care and/or assisting floor technicians in completion of contractual obligations
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Associates Degree in a field directly related to the position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Janitorial/Healthcare Facilities management is a plus
