Job Title: RN Case Manager/Unit Manager
Location: Moses Lake WA
Pay Rate: $62/Hour ($2480 Weekly)
Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Contract: 13 Weeks (with possible extension)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Case Manager/Unit Manager to join our healthcare team in Concord NH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing patient care delivery coordinating interdisciplinary services and managing daily unit operations to ensure high-quality safe and effective patient outcomes. This role requires strong leadership critical thinking and case management skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff in the delivery of patient-centered care.
Coordinate patient care plans including admission treatment and discharge processes.
Act as liaison between patients families healthcare providers and insurance representatives.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations facility policies and quality standards.
Manage staff scheduling assignments and performance evaluations.
Provide clinical guidance mentorship and training to nursing staff.
Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals for effective care planning.
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in New Hampshire (or compact state).
Minimum 1 years of clinical nursing experience; prior leadership or case management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of case management principles discharge planning and utilization review.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred.
