Location: Camden ME
Shift: Nights Monday Friday 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (3x12)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (potential for extension)
Compensation: $52/hr ($1872/week)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Transitional Registered Nurse (TRN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Camden ME. The TRN will play a key role in ensuring safe high-quality resident care during night shifts supporting both residents and the care team and promoting smooth transitions in the care process.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting during night shifts.

Conduct assessments monitor resident conditions and update care plans as needed.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Document care activities accurately and in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Support residents and families by addressing needs concerns and providing education when appropriate.

Promote a safe supportive and compassionate environment for residents and staff.

Active unencumbered RN license in Maine (or compact state).

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; long-term care or transitional care experience preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to provide quality care independently during night shifts.

Competitive pay: $52/hour; guaranteed $1872/week.
