Demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. Must assess and identify patient problems/needs establish a plan of care implement interventions and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
Local Candidates: Not accepted if perm residency address is within 50 miles of Plymouth NH
** THIS FACILITY REQUIRES ALL TRAVELERS TO COMPLETE A 12 PANEL DRUG SCREEN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF OFFER ACCEPTANCE (Proofs uploaded to Trio) **

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : TEMP NH MIRT license available as long as the Candidate possesses an active out of state radiology license
Weekend Requirements : As scheduled
On Call Requirements : None

- Equipment experience desired: X Ray - Digital Diagnost Philips C-Arm; CT - Philips Ingenuity
- travel experience preferred
- Critical Access Hospital experience encouraged
- ARRT (R) (CT) - required
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile - Facility will not pend License/Cert
- Driver License or Taxable home address
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
- BLS (AHA)
