Solar Installer

Our client is seeking motivated individuals with a background in solar energy or construction to join their growing installation team. This role involves installing residential rooftop solar systems performing electrical work and ensuring all projects are executed safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

While prior solar installation experience is preferred training will be provided for candidates with a strong construction or electrical background.

• Install solar panels and related equipment on residential rooftops

• Perform wiring and electrical connections for solar systems

• Conduct site assessments for panel placement and system design

• Assist with system troubleshooting maintenance and repairs

• Collaborate with team members to complete installations on time

• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards

• Provide courteous and professional customer service during and after installations

• Solar installation experience preferred (training available for construction/electrical candidates)

• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and applicable codes

• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow technical instructions

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented but capable of working independently
