JOB TITLE: Cable Harness Assembly - 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Clearwater FL
PAY RATE: Up to $25/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: Mon-Thurs 3:30 PM 2:00 AM OT available weekends Must remain on 2nd shift

Summary:
-
Assemble electronic/mechanical assemblies and subassemblies (modules boards panels drawers frames cables).
-
Work from diagrams drawings and prints; perform initial layouts.
-
Use hand and power tools jigs and saws.
-
Perform continuity checks and quality inspections on work in process and completed assemblies.
-
Disassemble modify rework reassemble and test prototype or experimental assemblies.
-
Follow process instructions accurately and maintain compliance with specifications.
Requirements
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
High mechanical aptitude; hobbies like soldering or model building are a plus.

IPC 610/620 and IPC-WHMA-A-620 knowledge.

Experience with mechanical assembly cable harnesses and soldering.

Ability to strip crimp and assemble copper and coax wires.

Wire harness and blueprint reading.

Basic computer skills and strong written communication.

Ability to read and write English.

Must pass a medical exam.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
