Job Description
Job Summary (List Format) Engineer Wireless Mobility
- Responsible for architecture design planning implementation management and support of the companys wireless mobility ecosystem.
- Responsible for architecture design planning implementation management and support of the companys wireless mobility ecosystem.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Expense Management (MEM) systems.
- Oversee and support MDM infrastructure with required expertise in IBM MaaS360; experience with VMware Airwatch MobileIron and Microsoft Intune is a plus.
- Integrate mobility solutions with Microsoft Exchange Active Sync and Office 365/Exchange Online.
- Provide Tier 3 support for mobility systems devices and applications across various platforms (iOS Android Windows Mobile and Blackberry).
- Supervise the mobile expense management process and coordinate with mobility helpdesk vendors.
- Develop and maintain strategies and approaches for wireless mobility procurement device management inventory billing applications and carrier plans in line with industry best practices.
- Manage and coordinate relationships with major mobile carriers (AT&T Verizon Sprint T-Mobile).
- Lead and manage mobility projects ensuring delivery is on scope time and budget.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including plans risk assessments and performance metrics to ensure success of implementation activities.
- Requires 5 years of related business experience and a BS in Business Administration or Technical Degree (preferred).
This position is hybrid in Las Vegas NV. No C2C sponsorships or 3rd parties
