Job Description
This will be a application developer position.
Hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on site.
This will require onsite presence at least 3 days a week.
This is a development position to create applications and services as part of the E-Gov group assisting the WEG group to build services/applications for connectivity/useability/etc.
A thorough knowledge development (c#/) methodologies with tools such as visual studio 2018 and up Azure DevOPS etc. This position will serve as the second developer actively re-writing this system that has been in place and continually evolving since 2007. This is an agile environment with defined sprints and associated processes (daily morning standups estimation retrospectives etc). Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Exp in yrs Consultant Experience Consultant Last Used ITerative software development lifecycle in an agile environment Required 5 Years N-Tier (UI service layer etc) software development technologies Required 5 Years SDLC tools (Azure DevOPS/TFS/GIT/etc) Required 5 Years web services SOAP XML WSDL JSON Required 5 Years .net framework 3.5 (C# ) Required 5 Years creation/maintenance/modifying SQL server database objects (tables views etc) Required 5 Years Angular Highly desired 2 Years Questions No. Question Consultant Answer Question1 Commonwealth of Virginia security policies prohibit the use of offshore IT contractors.
