Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager (Enterprise Implementations Texas State Agile/Scrum)
Location: AustinTX (Hybrid - Local to austin Only) (Within 50-mile radius)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications- Proven Project Management experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
- Experience in Project Management within the State of Texas or similar Federal/State organizations
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies
- Experience in software development
- Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and management
- PMP Certification
- Familiarity with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework
- Experience with data warehouse applications and database reporting features
- Knowledge of State Procurement and Contracting processes
- Lead and manage enterprise-level IT projects to ensure on-time within-budget and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders business units and technical teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables
- Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives) and ensure Agile practices are followed
- Monitor project progress using Jira and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with State of Texas or similar Federal/State project management standards
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Support procurement processes contracting activities and vendor management as needed
