Job Summary:
This role is for a CT Technologist in an acute care medical center. The technologist will perform CT scans potentially covering X-ray duties as needed and will be responsible for patient care within their scope of practice. The position requires on-call availability and weekend work. Housing and a vehicle are provided.

Responsibilities:
- Performing CT scans on adult patients in an acute care setting.
- Performing X-ray procedures as needed.
- Patient care and assessment within the scope of practice.
- Maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- On-call responsibilities.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current BLS certification.
- ARRT-CT certification.
- ARRT-R certification.
- Experience in adult acute care and/or ER settings preferred but new graduates are accepted.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- None specified but experience in adult acute care and/or ER settings is beneficial.
Special Considerations:
- On-call responsibilities are required.
- Weekend work is required.
- The technologist may float to other areas within their scope of practice to meet facility needs.
- The facility provides housing and a vehicle for the duration of the assignment. Pets are not allowed in housing.
- Guaranteed hours are 60 per two weeks with the possibility of one 12-hour shift being cancelled per two-week period.
- The facility is a Level IV Trauma Critical Access Hospital with 46 acute care beds and 22 long-term care beds.
Scheduling:
- 3 twelve-hour evening shifts per week (Friday-Sunday).
- The facility is open to accommodating a block schedule.
