Job details
- Active Pharmacist License: Hold a current unrestricted pharmacist license in WA.
- Patient-Centered Approach: Committed to compassionate judgment-free care-especially for patients living with HIV/AIDS and underserved populations.
- Clinical Excellence: Demonstrates baseline knowledge of HIV medications a strong understanding of chronic disease management and preventative therapies; AAHIVP certification preferred but not required.
- Operational Competence: Proficient in using pharmacy software systems managing insurance claims and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Knowledge of the McKesson Enterprise pharmacy management system is preferred.
- Collaborative Mindset: Works well within multidisciplinary care teams contributing to holistic coordinated care.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to clearly counsel patients support adherence and effectively communicate with providers and support staff.
